In April of 2002, CoCaLo took the opportunity to increase its market share by acquiring the assets of Kimberly Grant & Co. As part of the acquisition, Kimberly Grant Gessford signed an exclusive design and licensing agreement to continue her signature artwork and linen designs for CoCaLo. Since that time, CoCaLo has focused many efforts on the Kimberly Grant brand by expanding design and distribution of the line.
